Ely Bangiyev was born and raised in the borough of Queens in New York City. He attended the City University of New York (CUNY) at Baruch College and earned a BBA in Finance and Investments.
Ely began his career at The Bank of New York Mellon in the retail investment services division. During this time, he assisted individuals and families with choosing investments that would help in the pursuit of their goals and objectives. Eager to expand his horizons, Ely began working at various national tax preparation firms during the busy tax filing seasons. In 2014, he began his studies for Enrolled Agent (EA) status with the IRS, earning his certification in 2016.
During tax season, Ely focuses on tax preparation, ensuring his clients’ tax returns are filed accurately and on time. Off season, his specialty areas include tax debt resolution and consulting his clients on income tax reduction strategies.
Tatyana has over 10 years of public accounting experience working with National and International Accounting firms as well as with small businesses. Tatyana worked approximately 4 years in RSM McGladrey (National accounting firm with over 10,000 employees) and Eisner LLP (large NY accounting firm with 1,500 employees) specializing in Audit and Tax services for local companies. Tatyana holds a BBA in Accounting. She received her CPA license in the State of New York in July 2011. Tatyana is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a member of the AICPA and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Kislay Shah has over 25 years of experience practicing as a CPA as an audit, tax and consulting professional. He has served private industries like investment companies, real estates including coops and condos, not for profits, servicing, manufacturing, retail, wholesale and distribution. He has experience building practices and teams. He has authored many articles and spoken at many industry conferences.
